How many romanceable characters are in Moonlight Peaks?
About 24. See the romance guide for hearts and dating.

Moonlight Peaks town hosts dozens of supernatural residents grouped into seven founding families, plus independents such as Death and festival gods. This Moonlight Peaks characters hub maps who belongs where, who you can marry, and how to track schedules without spoiling every heart event.
Moonlight Peaks is a cozy life simulation RPG where you play as a vampire settling an abandoned family farm. Plant magical crops, learn wand spells, brew potions, fish, mine, and build friendships or romance with residents across seven supernatural families.
Roughly 24 romanceable bachelors and bachelorettes span vampires, werewolves, witches, merfolk, seers, and humans. Friendship is gender-neutral — any player vampire can date any eligible NPC. Mechanics live on the romance page; gift preferences on gifts.
Family feuds drive a lot of dialogue — expect dramatic all-caps moments — but mechanically you only need hearts, loved gifts, and showing up on birthdays. Verified July 13, 2026 against launch build and Steam store copy.
The seven families anchor Moonlight Peaks main story — each with a crest, home, and history to uncover. Your Dracula line is the eighth perspective: an outsider proving compassion to a skeptical father.
Dracula — Your lineage (Count Dracula, Viktor). Story drivers, not a romance pool. Ambrosia — Vampire clan led by Orlock; includes Mina, Evan, Samael, Elvira, Vlad, and romance option Orlock. Logan — Werewolves: Saga, Ridge, Ludo, plus Brooke (friend-only). Webb — Witches: Fiona, Luna, Noel, Sabrina.
Khazan — Seers and tailors: Alina, Aris (Ares), Dragan. Horseus — Merfolk: Kim, Rey, Tay. Henderson — Human "normies": Jada, Persephone, Winston. Additional romance options (Death, Lemmy, Pumpkin, etc.) sit outside or between family labels — see table below.
Learning family ties helps predict gift tastes — Webb witches like herbs and flowers; Horseus merfolk favor ocean forage; Ambrosias split between café treats and wine culture.
| Family | Type | Notable members | Romance count |
|---|---|---|---|

| Webb | Witch | Fiona, Luna, Noel, Sabrina | 4 |

The confirmed Moonlight Peaks romance roster at launch includes: Alina, Aris, Depp, Dragan, Elvira, Evan, Fiona, Jada, Kim, Lemmy, Ludo, Luna, Mina, Noel, Orlock, Persephone, Pumpkin, Rey, Ridge, Sabrina, Saga, Samael, Tay, and Winston.
Hearts cap at ten for most routes. Four hearts unlocks dating invites — cutscenes begin at 6:00 PM the night after you accept. Marriage and vampire spouse options arrive at higher hearts without gender locks.
Personalities span the cozy spectrum: Mina runs the café with bubbly energy; Sabrina is gothic and slow to open; Ridge is dependable carpenter energy; Death collects trash you dig up. Use the gift guide rather than guessing.
Route order does not matter — you can gift multiple candidates until you commit. Jealousy exists for some events, so focus one partner before major festivals if you want a clean narrative.
| Tier | Character | Family / role | Gift shortcut |
|---|---|---|---|
| S | Death (Orlock) | Ambrosia / bar | Trash dig spots, beer, glue wine |
| S | Alina | Khazan tailor | Black rose, black tulip (forage) |
| S | Fiona | Webb florist | White tulip, azaleas |
| A | Kim | Horseus merfolk | Sunshine personality — flowers, fish dishes |
| A | Evan | Ambrosia café | Black tulip — never alcohol |
| A | Dragan | Khazan fitness | Purple moonlight flower, rose quartz |
| B | Winston | Henderson human | Skeptic — warm gifts over occult junk |
Three friend-only NPCs: Brooke (grumpy werewolf — white rose loved gift), Moon Goddess, and Sun God. You can raise hearts for rewards and lore, but no marriage path.
Service NPCs matter for progression: Chester (living shipping bin), Ludo (wand shop), Luna (seeds and ranch animals), Viktor and Vlad (family authority figures), Albertus and shopkeepers across Moonlight Peaks Town.
Collect critters like Soul Blobs (100 total) for Death's milestone rewards — Antique Clocks extend night length in settings. Hellkitten is your homestead pet; shapeshift into cat form to reach tight spaces.
Heart icons above names show gift results: full heart = loved, broken heart = hated. Stock multiples of successful items before birthday weeks listed on the calendar.
Open the Moonlight Peaks map to see NPC icons moving in real time. Numbers on buildings show how many people are indoors — essential when shops appear "empty" because everyone is inside.
Business hours vary by night phase. Check icons before crossing the map; wasted stamina hurts more than in daytime farm sims because of the 6:00 AM cutoff.
Sparkles mark new heart or story events. Prioritize sparkles over grinding — many unlock hobbies, the bug net, or Misty Shores bridge repairs that gate new characters.
Merfolk siblings may arrive mid-year; do not assume day-one map completeness. Revisit this hub after major story milestones for updated locations on the map page.
