Darkwood in player parlance means Dark Wood timber — white-leaf Weeping Willows in Howling Marshes drop logs for Hardwood Planks at the Refiner. Reach marshes north-east of Town Hall or east of Luna's seed stall. Rusty Axe works on willows; oversized farm logs need Copper Axe.
Cave of Echoes hides in Misty Shores' bottom-left beach — sandy entrance west of Orlock's mansion. Unlock via A Bridge Too Far after paying Orlock's bar tab and lifting Fiona's curse. Inside: orange copper nodes, Vampster delivery spot for Alina, and stone clusters for refined stone.
